We are looking for a Business System Analyst to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a highly professional and challenging working environment.

What you will do:

As a part of a cross-functional development team, you will participate in integration of new and support existing payment solutions for various countries. On a daily basis you will analyze API documentation by local payment providers, prepare different types of internal documentation for the development team (Developers/QA/DevOps/Designer), analyze business and technical problems, find options to enhance existing services. Provide support at all stages of payment method development beginning from business needs to the post-deployment phase. Conduct brainstorming and backlog grooming meetings. Communicate with stakeholders and external vendors in order to answer the team's questions.


Collaborating in the planning, design, development and deployment of new payment methods and enhancements to existing payment methods

Working with the Development team, Operations team and the Business to ensure all documents are fully understood to be converted into the desired code/systems/technology. In parallel, supporting all preparation for User testing, change management, go-live and post-implementation

Requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, management, and prioritization

Produce and maintain software documentation including business processes, requirement specifications, and documentation for the Support team

User acceptance testing

Analysis of risks and causes of errors in the development of systems

Working with business metrics in order to identify and explore opportunities for service and business improvement

Forming effective working relationships with payment providers and merchants.

Analysis of market and competitors


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

2 years of IT experience as a Business/System analyst (FinTech industry is preferred)

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

Experience in design and development of software documentation (API specifications)

Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX

Good knowledge of API and integrations

Ability to check API integration (Postman/SOAP UI)

Ability to write SQL queries and work with databases

Ability to read and understand system logs, alerts

Experience in iterative development mode, understanding Scrum framework

English language skills at upper-intermediate level or above

Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and be adept at listening and soliciting feedback

It will be an advantage to know the basics of programming in Python
