A Community Specialist is accountable for the overall marketing activities for the Vietnam commercial team including but not limited to project planning, campaign implementation and coordination, reporting, advising the team on tactics with sufficient marketing strategy to well enhance the current market.
Gathering and analysing customer insights of Exness’ clients, potential clients & partners archetypes.
Collaborating with the digital analyst to provide a maximum of detailed information to stakeholders.
Monitoring customer bases and identifying new ones.
Preparing detailed reports on consumer behaviour, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales.
Working with marketing research agencies, designing market surveys.
Determining future trends.
Coordinate with the relevant department within the company to drive the success of marketing campaigns within the country.
Taking part in developing strategies alongside with Premier/Partner/RAM team.
Coordinate with Social Media team to build efficient and effective Social Media plan for Vietnam, especially to increase our brand awareness through social listening tools.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or any relevant marketing responsibilities.
Deep knowledge in digital marketing with global giants’ platform, as well as a local platform
Intensive knowledge and proven record experience in creating, managing and growing the Vietnam community.
Project management skill is mandatory, with a proven track record
Strong communication & written skills in both English and native language is mandatory.
