We are seeking a PPC Specialist in a permanent full time capacity to perform a key role by implementing and overseeing our paid search marketing strategy in order to drive increased conversions and campaign efficiencies. This role manages ongoing keyword research, search query analysis, ad copy and landing page testing, and building and processing campaigns via Google Ads and the GA360 Suite. Key stakeholders for this role will be the Data team and Marketing teams.
Managing and optimising a significant PPC budget
Monitor ROI targets across all online channels and campaigns using cutting-edge technology to optimise budget allocations while driving higher conversion rates at lower CPA
Work with Global Digital team on aligned Strategy
Manage Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Social projects and campaigns including:
Campaign development
Campaign testing & reporting
Research and analyse industry changes/developments
Continually analyse the company website and provide well-defined strategies to improve site performance and ROI.
Ongoing optimisation and performance edits
Working closely with our amazing data science team you’ll need to analyse metrics, work on potential AI improvements for campaign bidding optimisation and campaign bidding strategies.
Create and present recommendations for SEM and Paid Social performance improvements.
Manage day-to-day internal relationships with internal teams such as brand marketing, affiliates and campaign teams.
3+ years paid search experience
Experience in the day to day management of Paid Search campaigns for local and global brands.
Sound analytical skills, you are passionate about digital marketing and ROI thrives in a fast-paced work environment and are comfortable with change and solving problems.
Excellent attention to detail
Experience with managing & connecting data sets to front end experience systems
Proficiency in all basic SEM fundamentals
Sound understanding of the evolving marketing technology landscape
Strategic planning skills to drive business benefit and maximise opportunities
Google Ads Certification
Experience managing and implementing other digital media programs, specifically Paid Social and to a lesser extent Display or Affiliates also beneficial
Prior experience within the financial services industry
German/Italian language proficient
