Investment technology and services provider Huddlestock has partnered with global capital markets software developer Devexperts to launch a new white-label Investment-as-a-Service (IaaS) application targeting the European market. The solution has been developed as a core component of German broker GIGA Broker's IaaS offering and will be deployed as part of its upcoming launch.

The app combines Devexperts' DXtrade multi-asset trading platform with Huddlestock's regulatory infrastructure, offering three distinct front-end modes: a simplified interface for entry-level users, an advanced mode for experienced investors, and a bring-your-own-frontend option for clients wishing to integrate their own interface. Underlying the platform is a multi-vendor infrastructure covering custody, brokerage, KYC, payments and reporting.

"Resilience, regulatory robustness, and seamless integration are becoming key differentiators in the European investment landscape. By combining our regulatory infrastructure with Devexperts' proven technology, we enable our customers to launch and scale investment offerings more efficiently, while staying fully compliant."

"Huddlestock's IaaS platform brings together regulatory strength, a modular architecture, and broad integration capabilities, enabling partners to launch and scale investment services efficiently while maintaining long-term strategic flexibility."

Leif Arnold Thomas
CEO, Huddlestock

"Together with Huddlestock, we have built a tailored solution based on our flagship multi-asset trading platform, DXtrade, that meets Huddlestock's clients' needs today, while giving them the flexibility to adapt and scale with the market. We are excited to launch this as a white-label product and enable firms across Europe to offer modern, market-leading investment services in a simple and accessible way."

Heetesh Rawal
Vice President, Devexperts

A key feature of the offering is Huddlestock's BaFin-regulated setup in Germany, which provides clients access to a liability umbrella model, allowing them to offer regulated investment services without obtaining their own financial licence. Through European passporting, clients can scale across multiple jurisdictions under what the partners describe as a "Germany-first, Europe-scale" approach.

The solution is designed to serve traditional brokers as well as a broader group of market participants including fintechs, embedded-finance providers, media platforms, insurers, asset managers without direct retail distribution, and international firms seeking entry into the European market. The launch comes against a backdrop of significant regulatory change across the continent, with developments in Payment for Order Flow, MiFID II/MiFIR, GDPR, AMLA, operational resilience, AI governance and crypto regulation all increasing demand for integrated, adaptable infrastructure.

The white-label app is set to be unveiled at FIBE 2026, the European fintech conference expected to draw more than 2,000 attendees, before a broader European market rollout.
