Global fintech broker ATFX has expanded its service offering with the launch of ATFunded, a proprietary trading platform designed to provide traders with sustainable funding opportunities and career development pathways.
The new proprietary trading firm (prop firm) aims to differentiate itself in the competitive funding sector by offering multiple earning channels and leveraging ATFX's established brokerage infrastructure.
ATFunded features a traditional two-phase challenge model typical of prop firms, but adds several distinctive elements. Traders can choose to receive payouts directly or, if they reside in eligible jurisdictions, transfer funds to an ATFX brokerage account to build personal capital.
The platform also introduces "ATFunded+", a social trading initiative enabling successful traders to become providers on ATFX's copy trading platform. These providers can generate additional income by sharing their trading strategies with followers who automatically mirror their positions. Providers receive 20% of profits generated from their followers while building a verified performance record.
"With ATFunded, we wanted to create a program that allows traders to not only access capital but to do so within an environment that aims for long-term growth," said Joe Li, Chairman at ATFX. "This platform is about more than just funding; it's about creating opportunities for traders to succeed and evolve."
According to ATFX, developing the technology in-house provides greater control over support and development while the connection to an established broker aims to offer enhanced trustworthiness for trader payouts.
The platform supports multiple payment methods including cryptocurrency and wire transfers, alongside the option to transfer funds directly to ATFX brokerage accounts where additional payment methods are available.
ATFX emphasises that ATFunded focuses on long-term trader profitability by rewarding consistent performance rather than short-term gains.
The prop firm is now available globally, though traders are advised to check whether their jurisdiction is among the accepted locations.
