FlowwMarkets Secures FCA Authorisation For Delivering Private Market Ecosystem

Funding partners and eligible investors will now be able to share deal flow and transact in primary private market investments in a single investing ecosystem.

March 2, 2023 - Floww Markets announced that it has received Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorisation, which allows the launch of a private market investment service that aims to be the world's first global private market ecosystem.

Through this system FlowwMarkets will allow companies to raise capital with a view to transforming the way they fundraise and how eligible investors transact in private markets.
