Hepsibah Rozario has been promoted to Senior Director, PR & Branding at Razorpay, marking a significant development in her eight-year tenure with the Indian fintech firm. With over 13 years of experience in communications, Rozario has played a central role in shaping Razorpay’s external narrative and reputation during a period of rapid growth.
Rozario joined Razorpay in 2017, following a stint at Myntra, where she honed her skills in consumer brand storytelling. Transitioning to the B2B fintech sector, she built and led PR strategies from the ground up, overseeing reputation management, crisis communications, and integrated brand messaging. Her efforts have been instrumental in establishing Razorpay’s public persona as a trusted player in the fintech space.
In her new role, Rozario will lead all external communications for Razorpay, working closely with the leadership team to deepen brand trust and engagement across stakeholders.
Reflecting on her journey, Rozario shared on LinkedIn:
“From Runway to Razorpay – and what a ride it’s been! When I moved from the glamorous world of Myntra to the serious domain of B2B fintech, I had my doubts. But the right people and the right culture changed everything. Together, we didn’t just follow the playbook – we rewrote it.”
Prior to her roles at Razorpay and Myntra, Rozario worked with leading PR agencies such as Adfactors PR and Genesis BCW, managing communication strategies for clients across technology, fintech, and consumer sectors.
Rozario’s elevation comes as Razorpay continues to expand its presence in India’s digital payments and fintech ecosystem, signalling a strategic focus on narrative-building and stakeholder engagement.
In a further comment on her new role, Rozario posted:
“When I moved from a glamorous consumer brand like Myntra to the seemingly serious world of B2B fintech in 2017, I won’t lie - I had my doubts. Was this the right move? Could I build something meaningful and establish PR in a B2B space I had no prior experience in?
But all it took was the right people to change everything.
People who believed in me before I did, gave me the space to experiment, fail, learn, and ultimately, shape the PR narrative for a brand that’s now trusted and remembered across the fintech landscape.
Together, we didn’t just follow the playbook - we rewrote it. We built a voice, not just an echo, not just a presence. Set benchmarks where there were none. And pushed boundaries that I once thought were out of reach.
Today, as I step into the role of Senior Director of PR at Razorpay, I carry with me immense gratitude, pride, and excitement for what’s ahead.
Here’s to stories that matter, people who inspire, and impact that lasts.”
Harshil Mathur, CEO and Co-Founder of RazorPay
She also expressed gratitude to key leaders at Razorpay, including Harshil Mathur, Shashank Kumar, the founding team, Rahul Kothari, Apuarv Sethi, Anuradha Bharat, and Shashank Mehta.
Industry reactions to Rozario’s elevation have been positive.
“Hepsibah’s journey from fashion to fintech is inspiring and shows the value of cross-industry experience in shaping strong brand narratives,” said a senior PR executive from a rival fintech firm.
“Her leadership has been crucial in building Razorpay’s reputation as a trusted fintech brand,” commented an industry analyst on social media.
Rozario’s appointment is seen as a strategic move as Razorpay continues to scale its brand presence in India and beyond.

A liquidity bridge is the technology that sits between your trading platform and your liquidity providers, handling all order routing and price streaming in real time. Without a correctly configured bridge, an A-book or hybrid broker cannot route client orders to the market, cannot manage hedging effectively, and cannot control execution quality. Despite being the most operationally critical piece of brokerage infrastructure after the trading platform itself, the liquidity bridge is also one of the least understood - particularly among brokers who inherited a setup without knowing exactly how it was built. This guide explains what a bridge does, how it works technically, and why its configuration directly determines the quality of execution your clients experience.
