Mike Lempres, Coinbase's Former Chief Legal and Risk Officer, joins OTCXN Board of Advisors

**23rd December, 2019 **- OTCXN has announced today that Mike Lempres has joined the company's Board of Advisors, bringing to OTCXN a wealth of experience in heavily regulated industries and challenging regulatory environments.

Mr Lempres is currently Executive in Residence at venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz and advisor to their Crypto and Blockchain portfolio companies. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Coinbase Trust Company (Coinbase’s custody business), Silvergate Bank and Bitstamp.

A three-time Presidential appointee and White House Fellow, Lempres has worked closely with two US Attorneys General and has held positions in the US Department of Justice, including Deputy Associate Attorney General. He is the former Mayor of Atherton, California, currently sitting as an elected member of Atherton City Council and is a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
