Client onboarding platform provider Muinmos has made its first hire in the Middle East, appointing Nadeem Sa'adeh as its first Regional Business Development Director for the Middle East, signalling the RegTech firm's expansion into the MENA region.
Sa'adeh, who has over ten years' experience in financial technology sales and business development, will focus on growing the company's client base among regulated financial institutions in the region, including brokers, banks, digital wallet providers and crypto firms.
The appointment comes as financial institutions in the Middle East face increasing regulatory scrutiny and compliance requirements. Sa'adeh's previous roles include Business Development Manager at PLUGIT and Business Development Director at compliance solutions firm ADSTRA. He also served as Senior Business Development Manager at IDWise, where he worked with eKYC solutions.
Muinmos founder and CEO Remonda Kirketerp-Møller said: "This is a significant and strategic hire for Muinmos. I've known Nadeem for many years and I am thrilled that he is joining our team. Nadeem brings a wealth of expertise to Muinmos, including experience in selling compliance and eKYC products, local knowledge and an excellent network of contacts. His appointment underscores our commitment to growing our presence in the Middle East and further strengthens our position as a leading player in the global RegTech sector."
Nadeem Sa'adeh, Munimos Regional Business Development Director, added: "This is a very exciting opportunity for me. There's huge growth potential for Muinmos in the region and I believe I can add real value in helping to build a presence here. Muinmos has a fantastic team and a product that I am very passionate about which streamlines and automates the entire client onboarding process, whilst also ensuring continuous compliance with 24/7 monitoring.
"With the rapid pace of growth in the region, having a comprehensive solution that not only delivers exceptional KYC capabilities but also answers the crucial question 'Can I onboard this client, yes or no?' is invaluable. No other solution exists with the capabilities of Muinmos' client onboarding platform. I am really looking forward to helping financial institutions to transform and fully automate their onboarding processes so that they can onboard clients quicker and more effectively, whilst also meeting all their regulatory requirements."
Founded in 2012, Muinmos provides an automated client onboarding platform that combines KYC/KYB checks, regulatory classification and client risk assessment. The ISO 27001:2022 certified platform includes ongoing monitoring capabilities and is GDPR compliant.
