Institutional over-the-counter trading firm Trillion Digital has joined Circle's Alliance Program, formalising a multi-year relationship with the issuer of USDC stablecoin.
The Miami-based firm announced its participation in the program on 25 June 2025, marking a public extension of its existing relationship with Circle, which issues USDC, one of the most widely adopted regulated digital dollars globally.
Trillion Digital has actively engaged with Circle as both an issuer and redeemer of USDC over several years, incorporating the stablecoin as a core component of its primary and secondary market settlement workflows. USDC serves as a foundational asset across the firm's OTC liquidity provision, cross-border payment infrastructure, and institutional trading flows.
"We've relied on Circle's products since the early days of our operation. USDC is not just a stablecoin — it's a critical piece of infrastructure that enables secure, compliant, and efficient capital movement across our institutional client base," said Luis Daniel Odon, Co-Founder and President of Trillion Digital. "Joining the Circle Alliance Program is a natural progression for us. It aligns with our goal to publicly reinforce our support for USDC and engage more deeply with a growing network of trusted ecosystem participants."
Participation in the Circle Alliance Program enables Trillion Digital to reinforce its commitment to regulated, transparent digital asset infrastructure and engage more publicly with the USDC ecosystem and Circle's institutional partners. The firm said it will collaborate on liquidity provisioning, OTC flows, and settlement solutions at scale whilst accelerating ecosystem growth in high-impact regions including Latin America.
Trillion Digital specialises in digital asset market liquidity, offering private, compliant OTC execution and settlement solutions across a range of digital assets. The firm operates with what it describes as robust infrastructure and a global institutional network, delivering trading workflows across the Americas and beyond.
Circle operates as a global financial technology firm and the issuer of USDC, a fully-reserved dollar-backed stablecoin that brings digital speed and global reach to traditional currency. The company positions itself as a key enabler of compliant digital finance infrastructure worldwide.
The alliance reflects the growing institutional adoption of stablecoins for settlement and liquidity management as traditional financial institutions increasingly integrate digital assets into their operations.
