Crypto trading technology provider Finery Markets has partnered with decentralised finance (DeFi) yield aggregator Yield.xyz to expand institutional access to staking and yield opportunities.

Yield.xyz, which was recently backed by a $5 million funding round led by Multicoin Capital, provides access to more than 1,000 yield opportunities across 75 blockchains and has a client base of around 25 million.

Through Finery Markets’ interface, institutional clients will be able to access stablecoin and DeFi yields. A gateway embedded in the firm’s graphical user interface connects to protocols including Aave, Morpho and Compound Finance, operating across Ethereum, Arbitrum and Polygon.

The integration extends to solo staking, liquid staking and restaking via trusted validators. In a single environment, clients can assess yield strategies and deploy them to generate returns on idle balances as part of treasury management, while aiming to optimise capital efficiency.

Finery Markets said the plug-and-play setup with Yield.xyz simplifies access to DeFi yields for institutions seeking to diversify revenue streams. The development complements Finery Markets’ recently launched stablecoin-first platform by enabling stablecoin staking.

“From the beginning, we built our offering around the idea of addressing crypto market fragmentation for institutions. With us, they can confidently navigate the complexity through a single technology layer to orchestrate all trading activities. Yield.xyz’s vision perfectly fits this, unifying access to staking across highly fragmented chains and DeFi protocols.”
— Konstantin Shulga, CEO and Co-Founder of Finery Markets

“Institutions are increasingly looking for seamless access to staking and yield opportunities without having to navigate the fragmented DeFi landscape on their own. Our integration with Finery Markets brings this vision to life. Together, we are making DeFi yield as accessible and reliable as any other part of the financial infrastructure.”
— Serafin Lion, Co-Founder of Yield.xyz
