ATFX has opened a new office in Cape Town's Portside Tower, marking the latest step in the fintech broker's expansion across Africa.

The company celebrated the launch with an event at Hotel Sky on 29 May, bringing together clients, partners and industry stakeholders from across the region.

The new office is located in Cape Town's central business district and houses teams covering sales, customer service, compliance, marketing and market analysis, along with technical support and operations personnel.

ATFX Chairman Joe Li addressed the launch event, emphasising the company's long-term commitment to the African market.

"South Africa holds immense strategic value as we continue to grow our presence in key global markets," said Joe Li. "This new office is not only a testament to our confidence in the region's potential, but also a reflection of our commitment to bringing world-class service and technology to traders across Africa."

Regional Head of Africa at ATFX  Linton White also spoke at the event, highlighting the firm's focus on serving what he described as Africa's dynamic trading community.
