1. Our Community
LiquidityFinder is a professional B2B community for finance and fintech practitioners. Our community includes liquidity providers, brokers, traders, technology firms, and industry professionals from around the world. These guidelines exist to ensure the Platform remains a trusted, valuable, and professional environment for everyone.
2. Professional Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This means: • Treating all other members with respect, courtesy, and professionalism • Engaging in good-faith discussion and debate • Representing your credentials and affiliation honestly • Maintaining the same standard of conduct you would in a professional business setting Disrespectful, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
3. Content Standards
When creating or sharing content on LiquidityFinder — including forum posts, articles, comments, and profile information — you must ensure that content: • Is accurate and not misleading • Is relevant to the finance and fintech industry • Does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights • Does not contain confidential or proprietary information you are not authorised to share • Is not spam, promotional content disguised as organic content, or mass-distributed solicitation • Does not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
4. Prohibited Content & Behaviour
The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform: • Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of any member • Hate speech or content that discriminates on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading claims about yourself, your company, or your services • Sharing false or unverified information that could mislead professionals or damage reputations • Posting unsolicited commercial messages, spam, or irrelevant links • Attempting to manipulate company ratings, reviews, or follower counts • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent suspensions or bans • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. Company & Provider Listings
Companies listed on LiquidityFinder are expected to: • Provide accurate and truthful information about their services, products, and capabilities • Not misrepresent their regulatory status, authorisations, or credentials • Respond to user enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner • Keep their company page information current and accurate • Not engage in misleading comparisons or false claims about competitors LiquidityFinder reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that does not meet these standards.
6. Forums & Discussions
Our community forums are designed for professional discussion, knowledge-sharing, and industry insight. When participating in forums: • Post in the appropriate category or section • Stay on-topic and contribute constructively to discussions • Cite sources when making factual claims • Disclose any conflicts of interest relevant to your post • Do not use forums to solicit business or post promotional content without prior approval • Do not share confidential client information or personally identifiable information about third parties
7. Reporting Violations

LiquidityFinder reserves the right to take action against any member or company that violates these guidelines. Actions may include: • Content removal • Temporary suspension of account access • Permanent account termination • Removal of a company listing • Reporting to relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected The severity of the action will be proportionate to the nature and frequency of the violation. Decisions made by LiquidityFinder regarding enforcement are final.
