Cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 company Bitget has launched its AI-powered trading assistant, GetAgent, to all users following an invite-only release in July. The tool combines AI with real-time market data, offering insights, strategies and execution tools within a single chat interface.
During the initial invite-only phase, GetAgent built a waitlist of more than 25,000 users. Feedback from early adopters highlighted the need for improved visualisation of market signals, which Bitget said has been incorporated to enhance the assistant’s accuracy and personalisation.
Three membership tiers have been introduced at launch. A Free plan provides analysis of the top 50 cryptocurrencies and futures strategies. A Plus plan, which comes with a 30-day free trial for early users, adds up to ten daily questions, personalised strategies and deeper market analysis. The Ultra plan is aimed at professional traders, offering priority access, up to fifty daily questions and early access to new features.
Bitget is also running a limited-time campaign, giving users the chance to win a free 30-day GetAgent Plus membership by sharing their experiences with the assistant.
The tool integrates more than 50 professional-grade resources, including market insights, on-chain data and social sentiment analysis, adapting to each trader’s style and generating strategies in plain language.
"AI is changing the trading game, and GetAgent is our way of making that power accessible to everyone. Whether you’re just starting in crypto or a seasoned market veteran, GetAgent delivers insights that help you move faster, trade smarter, and act with greater confidence."
— Gracy Chen, Chief Executive Officer of Bitget
Bitget said it plans to continue developing GetAgent with more integrations, wider asset coverage and additional customisation options.
The launch is the latest in Bitget’s series of AI-enabled services, which also include Bitget Seed, a platform for identifying early-stage Web3 projects. Both initiatives form part of the exchange’s strategy to embed AI across its CeDeFi trading ecosystem.
Founded in 2018, Bitget serves over 120 million users across more than 150 countries. Its services include a copy-trading feature and Bitget Wallet, which supports 130 blockchains and millions of tokens. The exchange has also pursued partnerships to support brand visibility and adoption, including with LALIGA football, MotoGP™, and UNICEF’s blockchain education programme.
