@Devexperts has appointed Rainer Fuchsluger as Global Group Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. The company announced the move in Dublin on 7 October 2026.
Devexperts is a privately held global financial technology company whose solutions are used by more than 20 million traders worldwide every day. It develops financial software for brokers, exchanges and wealth managers, including the DXtrade multi-asset trading platform and the dxFeed market data business.
Fuchsluger joins as Devexperts approaches its 25th anniversary in 2027. The company has more than 800 employees across 10 offices globally and serves hundreds of clients, with technical expertise in capital markets. His mandate is to extend Devexperts' value chain across the full investment and trade lifecycle and to deliver greater value to clients through technologies such as cloud computing and AI. He will also accelerate the company's international growth strategy.
The appointment follows the departure of Ben Hurley, who has decided to leave Devexperts to pursue new opportunities. Hurley spent more than four years with the company, including the past two as CEO.
Fuchsluger's experience spans financial software, market data, exchange technology and critical market infrastructure, alongside expertise in AI. He has held senior leadership roles at LSEG, Wolters Kluwer, SS&C and Thomson Reuters, and served on the Global Sustainability Governance Board at Wolters Kluwer. Over 25 years in the industry he has lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan and Switzerland.
