March 2, 2023 - Floww Markets announced that it has received Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorisation, which allows the launch of a private market investment service that aims to be the world's first global private market ecosystem.
Through this system FlowwMarkets will allow companies to raise capital with a view to transforming the way they fundraise and how eligible investors transact in private markets.
Martijn de Wever, Floww CEO and Founder said: "Floww exists to enable the seamless movement of private investment capital from those who have it, to those who need it."

FlowwMarket's expects that the FCA authorisation will allow them to deliver a different fundraising experience for both eligible investors and founders of high-growth startups.
The announcement from FlowwMarkets follows the strategic investment and long-term partnership from London Stock Exchange Group which was announced in March 2022.
