Galaxy Digital has integrated its staking services with Fireblocks' digital asset infrastructure platform, providing direct access to institutional staking solutions for more than 2,000 financial institutions that use Fireblocks for digital asset custody.
The integration allows Fireblocks clients to stake digital assets directly from their custody vaults without transferring assets off-platform, whilst utilising Galaxy's validator infrastructure across multiple blockchain networks.
Zane Glauber, Head of Blockchain Infrastructure at Galaxy
"This Fireblocks integration represents a significant step forward in Galaxy's mission to make secure and capital-efficient staking available where institutions custody their digital assets," said Zane Glauber, Head of Blockchain Infrastructure at Galaxy. "As crypto infrastructure continues to mature, Galaxy is proud to provide foundational services that meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and scale."
The collaboration enables institutions to combine staking with Galaxy's trading and lending solutions, creating what the companies describe as capital-efficient reward strategies beyond traditional passive staking approaches.
Galaxy's blockchain infrastructure team has announced three custodial integrations in 2025, following previous partnerships with Zodia Custody and BitGo earlier this year. The company currently manages approximately $3.15 billion in assets under stake across its expanding network of custodial partners.
Adam Levine, SVP of Corporate Development & Partnerships at Fireblocks
Adam Levine, SVP of Corporate Development & Partnerships at Fireblocks, commented:
"Integrating Galaxy's institutional-grade staking offering into the Fireblocks Network meaningfully enhances our secure and seamless staking solution. With Galaxy's proven infrastructure and deep expertise, we're bringing even greater value and choice to our clients."
Fireblocks is a digital asset and payments infrastructure platform that provides custody, trading, and settlement services for institutional clients managing digital assets.
