KX, the data intelligence platform built for capital markets, has appointed James Hollands as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
The appointment follows the recent hires of Chief Financial Officer Matthew Bagley and General Counsel Adam Bozek, bringing together a leadership team with decades of combined experience serving global financial institutions.
As CRO, Hollands will lead KX's global sales, demand generation, and business development teams. He will be responsible for accelerating growth, strengthening customer relationships, and executing the company's global go-to-market strategy.
Hollands brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling commercial organisations across the capital markets technology sector. He has previously held senior leadership roles at SmartStream, DTCC, TriOptima, and other financial technology companies, where he led business transformation initiatives, expanded global market presence, and developed long-term customer partnerships.
For more than three decades, KX has worked with many of the world's leading financial institutions to process and analyse the data that powers trading, risk management, market surveillance, and investment research.
