Liquidity provider Scope Prime, the institutional liquidity brand of Rostro Financial Group, has announced the appointment of Dhruv Behl as Institutional Business Development Manager, APAC, as the firm continues to expand its footprint across the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Sydney, Behl will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing client relationships across the region. His appointment forms part of Scope Prime’s broader strategy to scale its institutional offering globally and reinforce its presence in key financial centres.
Lochlan White, Chief Commercial Officer of Scope Prime, said the addition of Behl reflects the firm’s continued investment in client service and regional growth.

Behl’s arrival follows a series of appointments and milestones for Scope Prime in 2025. Earlier this month, the company was named Prime Broker of the Year in the Start-up and Emerging Funds category at the annual Hedgeweek USA Awards.
Other recent senior hires include Andrew Taylor as Head of Scope Prime APAC and Debbie Georgiou as Institutional Business Development Manager, as the firm continues to strengthen its institutional coverage across multiple regions.
