The international technology company Tools for Brokers has announced the appointment of Spartak Vyucheiskii as the new Head of its Cyprus office. The move comes as the company seeks to strengthen its regional presence and accelerate growth within the European fintech sector.
Spartak Vyucheiskii brings a decade of experience at Tools for Brokers, having advanced through several roles and most recently serving as Head of Integrations. In that capacity, he led key initiatives aimed at enhancing how Tools for Brokers’ products interface with client systems and partner technologies, with a focus on operational efficiency and flexibility.
During his tenure, Vyucheiskii has overseen multiple strategic projects across technical and operational domains, contributing to the company’s infrastructure and client value proposition. His promotion is part of Tools for Brokers’ broader strategy to recognise internal talent and invest in strong regional leadership.
Looking ahead to his new role, Spartak Vyucheiskii said:
"The Cyprus office plays an important role in our global team at Tools for Brokers. Known for its work ethic, client-focused mindset, and dedication to delivering outstanding service, it’s a team that consistently goes above and beyond to support our clients and drive results. Together, we’ve set ambitious goals for the future, and I have every confidence in our ability to achieve them - with the right focus, collaboration, and dedication."
In his new position, Vyucheiskii will focus on accelerating regional growth, deepening client relationships, and improving the performance of Tools for Brokers’ regional partners.
Alexey Kutsenko, CEO of Tools for Brokers, commented:
“Spartak has been an integral part of our journey for many years, consistently demonstrating a rare combination of technical depth, strategic thinking, and a genuine commitment to our clients and team. His ability to turn challenges into opportunities and lead with clarity and purpose has brought tangible results across the company. I am confident that our Cyprus office will thrive under Spartak's leadership and play an even greater role in driving our global growth.”
Industry reaction to the appointment has been positive. A senior executive at a competing fintech firm remarked, “Tools for Brokers’ decision to promote from within signals a strong commitment to continuity and expertise. Spartak’s track record in integrations and operational leadership will be closely watched as the Cyprus office pursues its next phase of growth.”
A client of Tools for Brokers in Cyprus added,
“We’ve worked with Spartak on several integration projects and found his approach both pragmatic and innovative. His appointment is good news for clients looking for stability and forward-thinking solutions.”
