The appointment forms part of XS.com's broader strategy of pairing global operating standards with experienced local leadership. In her new role, Maria Pesca Santos will oversee XS.com's Latin America operations, with responsibility for strengthening execution frameworks, optimising regional workflows, and supporting the development of scalable operational systems. She will work closely with global leadership to align regional execution with the company's wider institutional standards.
Maria Pesca Santos brings more than 15 years of experience in regional operations, commercial structuring, and multi-market execution across Latin America and North America. Her background spans organisational transformation initiatives, operational governance design, and the integration of cross-functional systems within regulated, high-growth environments. Over the course of her career, she has managed regional functions covering commercial operations, sales infrastructure, and performance systems, with an emphasis on efficiency, accountability, and execution alignment across distributed teams.
