Spot Bitcoin ETFs just pulled in about $850M in a week — their strongest run since April, with roughly 80% landing in BlackRock's IBIT. Meanwhile the widely-cited Fear & Greed Index sits at 30 ("Fear") and BTC is flat around $65K.
That gap is the story. When ETF demand climbs while sentiment sinks, the money and the mood are reading the same market differently.
ETFs are quietly doing exactly what they were built to do — giving institutions a clean, regulated way in, regardless of sentiment. Historically, sustained flows have tended to lead price. No guarantees — but it's a gap worth watching.
