Peter Kristensen, CEO & Board Member at SGT.

Peter has an accumulated financial markets experience of over 35 years. His career began with a small Danish bank in 1986 and by the mid 1990s he was working for Saxo Bank, one of the pioneers of the online trading industry where he became the Global Co-Head of Sales Trading and Technical Analysis.

He was then seconded to Synthesis Bank, now Saxo Bank Switzerland, to develop the bank's commercial strategy and establish their presence in the online trading world. In 2006, Peter left the bank and established JP Fund Services and JP Fund Administration in Switzerland. Peter is now Chief Financial Officer and was appointed to the Executive Board in March 2022.

Martyn is an experienced financial services professional of 30+ years, who started his career at a Global Macro Fund, before moving into banking at Chemical Bank, Bank of America, Bank of Ireland, & Bank of Butterfield managing trading and sales teams, proprietary trading, market making, and advisory to banking clients.

In 2002 Martyn co-founded an investment management company, where he developed and managed a systematic strategy. He promoted the company’s “outsourced Trade Desk” for brokerages, generating $100+ million in profits through active dealing and risk management. Martyn founded SGT in 2006 and is Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Executive Board.

Adam is an accomplished professional within the financial services sector, his experience.

Adam is now Chief Operating Officer at SGT and was appointed to the Executive Board in March 2022.
