Bitget has announced a major upgrade to its Bitget Onchain feature, becoming what it claims is the first exchange to offer comprehensive access to millions of tokens across four leading blockchains through a single account.
The upgrade to Bitget Onchain introduces support for Ethereum, Solana, BSC, and Base blockchains, allowing users to trade, stake, and manage on-chain tokens directly from their Bitget spot account without requiring separate Web3 wallets or private key management.
The enhanced platform combines what Bitget describes as the diversity of decentralised markets with the security of centralised exchanges. Users can now access millions of tokens across multiple chains whilst maintaining the advanced tools and protections typically associated with traditional exchanges.
Alongside the multi-chain expansion, Bitget has launched Onchain Signals, a new feature powered by artificial intelligence algorithms. The system tracks and filters what the company terms "smart money" addresses across blockchains, providing users with real-time token alerts and trading insights with one-click execution capabilities.
The exchange has implemented pre-screening protocols for all tokens, with additional safeguards for high-risk assets to maintain what it calls "exchange-grade protection" whilst users explore the broader on-chain ecosystem.
The Onchain upgrade forms part of Bitget's strategy to build what it calls a Universal Exchange (UEX), designed to support all tradeable crypto assets beyond the few hundred mainstream tokens typically offered by current centralised exchanges. The company's long-term vision extends to incorporating traditional assets including stocks, ETFs, gold, and forex.

Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget
Bitget Onchain is breaking down barriers between CEX and DEX by offering both accessibility and security in one place. By expanding coverage to millions of tokens across top blockchains and introducing AI-powered Onchain Signals, we are giving users the smartest, safest way to trade on-chain. This upgrade also represents the core of UEX's vision — helping users trade smarter across every market, on-chain and beyond.
