Caplin Systems (Caplin), a provider of web trading solutions for institutional capital markets, has announced the launch of a hosted, end-to-end white-label digital asset solution.
The offering is aimed at OTC desks, brokers, traditional finance firms and crypto market makers, and is designed to bring FX and digital assets together within a single native trading environment.
According to Caplin, many sell-side desks continue to depend on fragmented manual processes, including quoting via chat and tracking exposure on spreadsheets, despite the maturing digital asset market. The firm states that while some institutions have turned to proprietary builds or AI-assisted development to close this gap, such approaches can involve lengthy deployment cycles, ongoing maintenance and security considerations.
Caplin says its hosted solution can reduce development timelines by up to 80%, enabling desks to go live in as little as 12 weeks, without the technical debt, volume-based fees or ongoing overhead associated with bespoke infrastructure builds.
The solution has been built to address three market segments. OTC desks and brokerages are offered automated execution intended to expand capacity without increasing headcount. Traditional finance firms are provided with a trade-level audit trail and data lineage to support entry into digital assets. Crypto market makers are given a distribution layer for deploying portals and capturing market share.

Steven Singh, Head of Product, Caplin said:
"The digital asset market has moved so fast that client distribution technology has struggled to keep pace, leaving OTC desks and brokers under immense pressure to scale capacity without adding headcount. By extending our 26 years of institutional FX heritage into an end-to-end hosted solution, we give firms the complete infrastructure they need out of the box. Institutions no longer have to choose between multi-year internal software projects or rigid third-party platforms that lock them into specific liquidity pools."
The solution runs on the Caplin Platform, which the firm describes as providing secure authentication, centralised entitlements and zero-downtime performance for 24/7 markets. It supports unified multi-asset workspaces for managing FX and digital assets within a single branded interface, while maintaining vendor neutrality through open integration with liquidity providers, risk engines and custody partners.
Caplin adds that the platform's architecture is customisable rather than one-size-fits-all, and supports hybrid execution workflows that combine automated electronic trading with digitised high-touch sales inquiries.
Caplin's white-label digital asset solution is available immediately.
