24 July 2018 - Divisa UK Limited, a subsidiary of Equiti Group, has appointed Mr Brian Myers as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Prior to joining Divisa, Brian was the CEO of GKFX where he was responsible for the company’s offices in multiple jurisdictions including London, Madrid, Frankfurt, Dubai and Istanbul.
Mr Myers brings strong industry experience in managing and establishing institutional and retail financial trading businesses and working with relevant regulatory bodies.
Commenting on the new appointment, Equiti Group’s CEO, Mr Iskandar Najjar, said: “We are very pleased to appoint a new Divisa UK CEO with the depth and breadth of Brian’s experience and knowledge.”

In February 2018 the Equiti Group, through its Kenyan subsidiary, became the first online forex broker to receive a license by Kenya’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and opened a full-service regional office in Nairobi, Kenya in July 2018, trading as EGM Securities.
