August 11, 2021 - Equiti Group, the parent company of multiple FX and CFD brands and prime brokerage providers with offices in Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, Africa and the Asia Pacific regions, has appointed Chantelle Johnson to the role of Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for the group.
Chantelle joins Equiti after seven years at OANDA, where, as Global Chief Marketing Officer, she was responsible for building a full in-house digital marketing team, driving significant growth across customer acquisition and commercial metrics. Prior to OANDA, Chantelle was Global Head of Marketing at Alpari.
Chantelle brings a wealth of global marketing experience in rapidly growing companies within the industry. She has strong expertise in implementing and executing data driven digital marketing transformation across innovative customer value propositions that increases client acquisition and revenues.
Her 20+ year career experience includes working in new and emerging markets in Africa, Asia, Europe, LATAM, the Middle East, UK, and the USA.
In her role, she will be responsible for overseeing strategic marketing direction across the brand’s portfolio, with particular focus on driving customer growth through research led digital strategies, enhancing Equiti’s local touch to global offerings and initiatives.
As a member of Equiti Group’s executive management team, Chantelle will help to scale the business in support of the company’s ambitious global growth strategy, which includes new markets and innovative products and offerings to be launched in the coming months.
