Invidiatrade integrates Devexperts' DXtrade platform and Devexa AI assistant

      Published: just now

      DXtrade invidiatrade

Multi-asset broker Invidiatrade has announced the integration of Devexperts' DXtrade platform into its existing suite of trading solutions. The addition of DXtrade will provide Invidiatrade's clients with a broader range of options for trading forex pairs, stocks, cryptocurrencies, and commodities.

DXtrade is a flagship platform from Devexperts, a software provider for the capital markets industry. The platform is designed specifically for forex and CFD traders and is continuously refined to meet evolving user expectations.

Invidiatrade will offer DXtrade as both a web-based platform and a mobile app for iOS devices. The platform features advanced charting tools, with charts provided by TradingView, and allows traders to set up Stop Loss and Take Profit levels directly from the order entry screen or on the chart. DXtrade also includes a trading dashboard and journal that automatically logs all trades, enabling users to analyse their performance.

In addition to the DXtrade platform, Invidiatrade has also integrated Devexperts' AI-powered trading assistant, Devexa. Devexa provides traders with features such as knowledge base automation, order execution capabilities, and support via multiple communication channels, including Telegram, Discord, Viber, and WhatsApp.

For Invidiatrade, Devexa serves as an experience-enhancing tool and client profiling dashboard. By recognising clients' trading styles and habits, Devexa can segment users according to their trading profiles, providing Invidiatrade with a deeper understanding of their clients' preferences and risk attitudes. This insight can help drive greater engagement and ultimately improve client retention.

Christos Varnavas, Director at Invidiatrade, commented on the partnership: "We aim to offer our clients a truly optimized trading experience, ensuring they have access to expert support, as well as excellent trading technology. With the addition of DXtrade, we are pleased to offer our traders a greater choice when it comes to the platforms they can use. We are also pleased to bolster our customer engagement through the addition of an AI-powered support agent, which enables us to communicate more effectively with our trader base, as well as provide them with all the additional support Devexa offers to enhance UI."

Jon Light, Head of OTC Platform at Devexperts, added: "Our flagship platform is especially designed for forex and CFD traders, and we are continuously refining it further to ensure it meets evolving expectations. Meanwhile Devexa is an experience-enhancing tool and client profiling dashboard, that genuinely supports traders, optimizing their trading experience, whilst also ensuring brokers can better communicate, as well as engage, with them. In a world leaning ever more heavily towards the achievement of seamless experiences, coupled with an expectation of immediacy in results, the combination of DXtrade and Devexa works well and we look forward to our continued work with Invidiatrade on their deployment."

Invidiatrade, which offers PAMM accounts and 24/7 customer support, has positioned itself as a broker focused on optimising the trading experience for its clients. The addition of DXtrade and Devexa to its existing platform lineup, which includes Platform 4 and 5, cTrader, and TradingView, further reinforces this commitment to providing a comprehensive and user-centric trading environment.
