Romanian broker Investimental has expanded its offering to include EU equities via Devexperts' DXtrade platform, completing its product range which already covers Romanian and US markets.
The expansion comes a year after Investimental announced it was bringing US market access to retail traders in Romania, also via DXtrade. Investimental is the first Romanian broker in over 15 years to be authorised for trading on the Bucharest Stock Exchange and one of the country's fastest-growing investment platforms.
The addition of EU equities will enable Investimental's traders in Romania to buy and sell stocks listed on other European Union stock exchanges, including Germany's Xetra and France's Euronext Paris, alongside the Bucharest Stock Exchange, offering wider investment and diversification opportunities.
Traders will access EU equities via DXtrade, the multi-asset trading platform from Devexperts for brokers offering stocks, options, futures, mutual funds, and bonds. The platform offers features including whole share, fractional, and notional quantities; real-time quotes and alerts; customisable layouts; and a heatmap allowing traders to spot market movements.
From a broker perspective, DXtrade offers risk management and operations tools, including a web-based console called "Web Broker" with real-time status updates of client positions, orders, margin allocations, and other account metrics. DXtrade is available as a web trader and via mobile app for iOS and Android.
"Adding EU equities to our offering is a natural next step in our commitment to making investing more accessible, relevant and rewarding for Romanian traders," said Adrian Ciocan, CTO at Investimental. "By working with Devexperts and building on the flexibility of DXtrade, we're able to offer a platform that meets the needs of both first-time investors and those looking to diversify across multiple markets – all in a seamless experience."
"This is an important addition for Investimental's product offering, which is now complete with access to the Romanian, US, and European markets," said Vitaly Kudinov, Senior Vice President at Devexperts. "At Devexperts we aim to build long-standing relationships with our clients, helping them to adapt their trading software as they evolve and grow. Our work with Investimental has been exactly this and we are delighted to have been able to support them in this expansion and look forward to our continued work both now and into the future."
EU equities are available immediately to Investimental's traders.

Most FX and CFD brokers believe their reporting is accurate. Few can explain precisely how their volume figures are calculated, how spread revenue is derived, or how multi-currency denominations affect their net profit numbers. Inaccurate brokerage reporting is one of the industry's least discussed problems - management teams are making decisions, filing regulatory returns and reporting to stakeholders based on figures that contain systematic errors. This article explains why accurate brokerage reporting is genuinely complex, what the most common sources of error are, and what brokers can do to get their numbers right.
