SkySparc, a solutions provider for corporates and financial institutions, has formed a strategic partnership with Instimatch Global to expand its treasury management capabilities across the Nordic region, the companies announced today.
The collaboration will see Stockholm-based SkySparc introduce its Nordic corporate clients and financial institutions to Instimatch's digital solution for cash deposit management. The platform connects users to over 300 counterparties spanning more than 30 countries worldwide.
The partnership addresses growing challenges faced by treasury professionals in volatile market conditions, offering tools for price discovery, digital negotiation, and automated post-trade processing. For SkySparc's client base, this integration aims to provide simplified access to competitive rates while reducing operational complexity.

Joakim Wiener, CEO, SkySparc
Joakim Wiener, CEO of SkySparc, said: "In our experience, treasurers are increasingly looking for digital solutions that provide both market access and process efficiency. Partnering with Instimatch allows us to continue delivering cutting-edge solutions that respond directly to the evolving needs of our treasury clients. In volatile times, treasurers need tools that offer both control and agility. Instimatch is a natural fit with our mission to help clients modernize, simplify, and gain greater transparency in cash and liquidity management."
Under the arrangement, SkySparc will serve as a Nordic reseller for the Instimatch platform, which features instant rate comparison across hundreds of potential counterparties, electronic deal negotiation with proof of best execution, and integration capabilities with existing treasury management systems.

Adrian Edelmann, CEO, Instimatch
Adrian Edelmann, CEO of Instimatch, commented: "SkySparc's deep expertise and trusted relationships with treasury teams across the Nordics make them an ideal partner to expand the reach of our platform. Together, we're bringing next-generation digital cash deposit capabilities to a broader audience — empowering treasurers to operate with greater confidence, efficiency, and market access."
The platform also offers compliance features with role-based access controls, addressing regulatory requirements for treasury operations.
Christofer Hedlund, Treasury Sales Europe & Senior Consultant at SkySparc, added: "As a former treasurer, I understand first-hand the need for flexible, secure, and efficient deposit solutions. Instimatch brings digital transformation to a critical treasury function — eliminating manual workflows and making it easier to respond to fast-changing market conditions."
The collaboration reflects SkySparc's strategic focus on bringing innovative treasury management tools to the Nordic region, providing organisations with enhanced visibility and control for navigating financial market volatility.
