February 22, 2024 - Tools for Brokers (TFB), a technology provider for retail brokers, hedge funds, and prop trading firms, has announced the integration of an AI assistant within its Trade Processor liquidity bridge.

Tools For Brokers has integrated the AI assistant into the liquidity bridge, which will help its daily users to easily navigate the product and industry terms and explore the vast range of options within the bridge. With the assistant, Trade Processor users can have their questions answered and troubleshoot market issues on the spot without having to contact technical support.

Tools For Brokkers said today in its press announcement that, “The multiplatform Trade Processor liquidity bridge was created with the idea that comprehensive solutions don’t have to be bulky or complex. Over the years, TFB has worked on expanding functionality while maintaining an intuitive and straightforward approach to the solution. The AI assistant is a valuable addition to the liquidity bridge, further elevating the client experience without compromising performance or security.”

Alexey Kutsenko, CEO of Tools for Brokers, commented, “We are very excited about the launch of the AI-powered assistant. We see a lot of potential in artificial intelligence technology overall, and in terms of how it can ease and improve our clients’ day-to-day operations.”

As the AI assistant is in its initial phase, it continues to evolve, learning from interactions to refine its support capabilities. TFB invites users to actively engage with the assistant, although it also advises them to validate any critical details with their technical support team to ensure accuracy before implementing substantial operational changes.
