XS.com, the global FinTech and financial services provider, has appointed Anna Pastusenco as Group PSP and Banking Manager, a move the broker says reinforces its commitment to building a resilient, scalable and innovative global payments ecosystem.
The appointment comes as efficient payment infrastructure becomes an increasingly critical pillar of client experience and operational performance across the digital finance sector. XS.com is continuing to invest in strengthening its global payment capabilities, expanding its network of banking institutions and payment partners while streamlining payment operations across international markets.
As Head of PSPs, Pastusenco will lead the broker's global payment partnerships, overseeing relationships with banks, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs) and Payment Service Providers (PSPs). She will be responsible for driving payment integration projects, strengthening strategic alliances, negotiating commercial agreements and enhancing the efficiency and scalability of XS.com's global payment infrastructure.
Pastusenco joins XS.com from IC Markets, where she spent several years managing the group's global payment infrastructure, banking relationships and strategic partnerships. During her tenure there, she led the onboarding of banks, EMIs and PSPs, negotiated commercial agreements, supported multi-jurisdictional payment operations, and worked with internal technology, compliance, legal and finance teams to deliver scalable payment solutions across international markets.
Over the course of her career, Pastusenco has built expertise in payment infrastructure and strategic financial partnerships, having led payment integration projects and managed relationships with banks, EMIs and PSPs while collaborating with product and technology teams to deliver payment solutions across multiple markets. Earlier in her career, she gained experience in merchant onboarding, payment compliance and risk assessment in roles at Blossem Services Ltd and Real Deposits, where she managed onboarding procedures, conducted due diligence and compliance reviews, and supported underwriting and operational processes.
