XS.com Appoints Nayia Mavromichali As Head Of Partners Operations

XS.com, the global FinTech and financial services provider, has appointed Nayia Mavromichali as Head of Partners Operations.

In her new role, Mavromichali will oversee XS.com's Partners Operations function, leading the teams responsible for supporting the broker's network of Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and strategic partners worldwide. Her remit includes improving operational workflows, enhancing onboarding processes, managing commission and incentive activities, supporting reporting initiatives, and coordinating between commercial and operational teams.

Mavromichali's career in financial services spans partner support, operational coordination, and business services, with expertise built across relationship management, reporting, and process improvement for international partner networks.

Most recently, she served as Head of Partners Operations & Support, overseeing global partner activities supporting more than 200,000 Introducing Brokers, affiliates, and strategic partners. In that role she managed onboarding, commission structures, incentive programmes, marketing budgets, KPI reporting, partner agreements, and continuous operational improvements, working closely with Risk, Compliance, Dealing, IT, PSP, and Marketing teams.
