Danish fintech Aryze has selected compliance technology firm Muinmos to strengthen its know-your-customer and know-your-business capabilities as the company scales its payment infrastructure internationally.
Aryze, founded in 2017, builds payment and settlement infrastructure that connects banking rails and blockchain rails, designed for regulated environments. The company's focus spans tokenisation, branded stablecoins, and cross-border payments, operating under what it describes as a governance-first approach to financial operations.
Muinmos, also Danish, provides automated client onboarding solutions to financial institutions, with its platform integrating across multiple data sources to perform real-time monitoring of regulatory requirements, client data, and risk profiles. Its KYC solution covers KYC, KYB, and AML checks, with support for firms offering FX, CFDs, digital assets, and equities.
The partnership is intended to support Aryze's operational workflows across onboarding, reconciliation, reporting, and oversight as it expands into new markets.
Bertram Seitz, CEO, Aryze
Bertram Seitz, CEO, Aryze commented:
"We chose Muinmos because they deliver KYC and KYB in one powerful, automated platform. Their robust infrastructure and international footprint give us the scale and resilience we need, while our shared Danish foundation ensures strong alignment. It's a partnership built for compliant global growth."
Remonda Kirketerp-Moller, Founder and CEO, Muinmos
Remonda Kirketerp-Moller, Founder and CEO, Muinmos said:
“This partnership unites two firms that share a vision for the future of the industry, and what excites us about this partnership is that Aryze is committed to bringing the same rigorous compliance standards to blockchain as you see in traditional finance. Aryze is doing impressive work with tokenization, branded stablecoins, and cross-border payments, and we share their vision that innovation and regulatory rigour must go hand in hand. Our infrastructure is built to handle the volume and complexity that comes with scaling globally, and we are ready to support Aryze every step of the way.”
