BingX, a cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 AI company, has launched its Dual Investment product, designed to offer users high-yield strategies regardless of market direction. Within two weeks of its debut, the product has attracted over $1 million in user investments, indicating strong early demand.
Dual Investment is structured as a financial product leveraging the derivatives market, aiming to deliver higher returns with relatively low risk. The product is denominated in USDT and compares the prices of two cryptocurrencies. Key features include investment currency, settlement currency, annual percentage rate (APR), subscription amount, target price, and settlement time. The APR is floating, and at settlement, the system determines the final interest and settlement currency based on whether the settlement price meets or surpasses the target price.
The platform positions Dual Investment as a simplified alternative to traditional options trading, with two main strategies: Buy Low and Sell High. The Buy Low strategy operates similarly to a put option, allowing users to accumulate cryptocurrencies at potentially more favourable prices. The Sell High strategy mirrors a call option, enabling users to sell assets at higher profit margins. In both cases, users earn interest rates comparable to premiums in options trading.
BingX users can choose from durations of less than seven days, seven to thirty days, or more than thirty days, depending on their financial objectives and strategies. Each duration offers different annual percentage yields (APYs), providing flexibility for both long-term holders and strategic traders. The Dual Investment product is intended to help users manage market volatility, grow portfolios without active trading, and explore hedging or arbitrage opportunities.
The company says the product is suitable for both beginners and experienced investors, aligning with its mission to simplify complex trading strategies and enhance user confidence and control.
