AndX USA LLC, the U.S. arm of digital asset platform AndX Global, has launched its U.S. crypto trading platform using BitGo Holdings, Inc.'s Crypto-as-a-Service ("CaaS") infrastructure, built on the foundation of BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association.
The integration gives AndX access to regulated digital asset infrastructure covering the buying, selling, and holding of digital assets across all 50 states, with institutional-grade security controls, compliance capabilities, and $250 million insurance coverage provided through BitGo.
BitGo is an OCC-regulated digital asset infrastructure company listed on the NYSE under the ticker BTGO. Its CaaS platform is designed to allow partners to deploy digital asset services through API-driven architecture without building core infrastructure in-house.

Frank Wang, Managing Director and Head of Fintech, BitGo said:
“Crypto platforms shouldn't have to choose between speed to market and institutional-grade safeguards. BitGo's Crypto-as-a-Service enables partners like AndX to launch and scale secure trading experiences on top of a regulated infrastructure foundation, with API-driven systems designed for reliability, control, and compliance.”
Under the arrangement, AndX will use BitGo's integrated custody, transfer, and trading workflows to manage platform operations, while directing its own development efforts toward customer-facing features. AndX describes its offering as combining AI-driven trading tools, real-world asset tokenisation, and global payment capabilities.
