Cboe Global Markets, Inc. has appointed Prashant Bhatia as Executive Vice President, Head of Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Development, effective 2 September 2025.

 

In the role, Bhatia will work alongside Cboe’s executive leadership team to develop and implement enterprise strategy, with a focus on identifying high-impact growth opportunities and strengthening the group’s position within global markets.

Bhatia has advised the management team and worked closely with Cboe’s board of directors since December 2023. He previously led Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Development at TD Ameritrade for 11 years, a period that included both organic expansion and acquisition-driven growth.

 

Earlier in his career, he was an equity research analyst covering the financial services sector, focusing on brokers and asset managers. He brings more than 30 years of international experience in the industry.
