IPC Systems has announced a partnership with 24X National Exchange, the first U.S. national securities exchange to receive approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer overnight weekday trading in U.S. equities, to distribute 24X market data across IPC's global financial network.
Under the agreement, IPC will provide access to 24X market data via its low-latency global network, enabling market participants to engage in 23/5 U.S. equities trading. The arrangement is directed in part at firms operating across Asia-Pacific markets, where demand for overnight access to U.S. equities has been increasing.
IPC's presence in key financial centres including Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Taiwan, and Sydney will support real-time distribution of 24X market data across those regions. The partnership additionally covers onboarding and operational capabilities, with firms able to use IPC's global financial community and technology infrastructure to coordinate across teams and validate workflows in a production-grade environment.
