@scope-markets has added pre-IPO contracts for difference (CFD) trading on Anthropic and OpenAI shares. The two instruments, ANTHROPIC.24_7 and OPENAI.24_7, are available on MetaTrader 5 to the brokerage’s retail clients.
Both companies are privately held, and their shares are not listed on any exchange. The CFDs track an indicative price for each company’s shares, derived from pre-IPO derivatives markets, so clients can take long or short positions on changes in how the market values each company before any listing. Clients do not acquire shares, receive an allocation in any initial public offering or gain shareholder rights.
Scope Markets requires 100% margin on both instruments, so clients fund the full value of each position and no leverage is applied. The instruments are quoted 24 hours a day, seven days a week, alongside the broker’s other 24/7 instruments, which include gold, silver, Brent and WTI crude oil, and some single stock CFDs.

John Murphy, Managing Director, Scope Markets said:
“Anthropic and OpenAI are two of the most closely watched companies in the world, and every filing and funding headline moves how the market values them. Our clients can now trade those moves, long or short, at any hour. Our analysts are hosting live webinars in Arabic and English so clients understand how pre-IPO prices are set before they trade, and can receive education on what factors influence these markets.”
To support the launch, Scope Markets is running two free webinars on Thursday 12 November. The Arabic session starts at 20:00 Riyadh time and is presented by Mohanad Yakout, Senior Market Analyst, MENA, Scope Markets and Ibrahim Hossny, Head of Research and Marketing, MENA, Scope Markets. The English session starts at 14:00 GMT and is presented by Yakout and Geoffrey Gichanga, Market Analyst, Scope Markets Kenya.
Anthropic filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on 26 October 2026 for a proposed listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, and updated the filing with third-quarter results on 2 November. OpenAI confirmed a confidential IPO filing in June, and its chief executive said in September that a listing in 2026 would be ill-advised. Neither company has announced a listing date.
Scope Markets is the brand utilised by multi-regulated financial services providers of Rostro Group. The brand is operated by regulated international entities in six jurisdictions.
