Trading platform developer Spotware Systems, the company behind cTrader (@cTrader), has partnered with Dubai-based CRM and back-office technology provider Techysquad to connect Techysquad Forex CRM with cTrader.
The integration covers the workflows brokers manage every day, including IB trees, trading platform APIs, KYC pipelines and payment flows.
Spotware says cTrader is used by more than 12 million traders and over 300 clients worldwide. As an Open Trading Platform™, it lets brokers connect the solutions they need to run their business, from CRMs to liquidity bridges, risk management and reporting tools, without vendor lock-in.
Spotware has been adding broker-facing tools alongside the platform, including the cTrader Leads programme, which directs prospective traders to cTrader brokers and prop firms, and cTrader AI Agent Connect, its official MCP servers for AI-powered trading, launched earlier this year.
Techysquad Forex CRM brings onboarding and KYC, sales and marketing, risk management, back-office operations, trade reporting and compliance into one dashboard. Real-time synchronisation with cTrader keeps trading and customer data together, giving broker teams a complete view of client activity. According to Techysquad, setup can take as little as 30 minutes.
“Working with Spotware lets us offer brokers a CRM that sits naturally alongside cTrader. They can manage onboarding, IB programmes and reporting from a single dashboard, with fixed pricing and customisation built in during setup, to the scope we agree with each client.”- Alexis Droussiotis, COO, Techysquad
IB network growth is a second focus of the partnership. Techysquad Forex CRM supports unlimited IBs across multiple referral levels, with earnings tracked in real time, automated calculations and a dedicated Reward module to support IB engagement.
On the cTrader side, cTrader Invite, an all-in-one toolkit for IBs, lets partners promote cBots, indicators and plugins from cTrader Store through attributed links and follow their invited traders’ statistics in real time. Brokers receive the referral attribution in the CRM.
Spotware’s standalone liquidity bridge, cBridge (@cBridge), complements the partnership on the execution side. It is fixed-price and platform-agnostic, allowing brokers to connect their platforms to multiple liquidity providers, with price aggregation, flexible order routing and execution monitoring in one place. Spotware introduced cBridge as part of its move beyond a single-product offering and debuted it at iFX EXPO Dubai 2026 in February.
“cTrader helps brokers attract new clients, strengthen trader retention and grow their business with the flexibility to create an offering that stands apart. Our partnership with Techysquad builds on this by connecting the platform with the tools used to manage client relationships, daily operations and IB networks. Together, we’re helping brokerages make the most of their technology, streamline their workflows and focus on business growth.” - Yiota Hadjilouka, COO, Spotware Systems
