Trading platform provider Spotware Systems is hosting a free webinar on 30 April covering cTrader Leads, a programme designed to help brokers and proprietary trading firms attract prospective traders through cTrader products at no additional cost.
The session, titled "Introducing cTrader Leads: How to attract 250+ traders a day for free," goes live at 5pm GMT+3. Registration is free and open now.
cTrader Leads gives brokers early access to prospective clients at the start of their trading journey across cTrader products, including cTrader Store and the cross-broker cTrader app. Traders are guided towards registration and live trading, while the client funnel remains fully protected. The programme also integrates with existing introducing broker flows, keeping leads tied to the IB's preferred broker to support qualified referrals.
The commercial case for the programme is grounded in the rising cost of broker client acquisition. According to Spotware, the average cost per lead in the FX industry has reached around $50, with total acquisition costs climbing as high as $800 by the time a trader completes a first deposit and begins live trading. cTrader Leads is designed to address this by routing prospective traders through existing product journeys rather than cold outreach.
In cTrader Store and the cross-broker cTrader app, traders who do not yet hold an account with any broker are presented with a curated list of cTrader brokers and directed to register. Featured placement within that list is determined by merit-based criteria including trading volume, conversion rates, integration quality and brand strength, with lists adapted by country. For brokers entering the programme, Spotware also provides additional early-stage exposure to support initial traction. Within the cross-broker app, the journey can begin with a demo account, with personalised in-app prompts used to guide traders toward live account registration and first deposit.
"Helping brokers grow is one of our core priorities. That means creating more effective and scalable routes to client acquisition. cTrader Leads is our answer to that — it provides brokers with prospective traders and improves conversion, all at no additional cost."
Ilia Iarovitcyn
CEO, Spotware Systems
The webinar will cover how the programme works in practice and what impact it can have on client acquisition. It will be led by Aleksei Kozlov, General Manager at cTrader Store, and Ricardo Dias, Business Development Manager at Spotware.
Aleksei brings more than ten years of experience in product management and business development across B2B and B2C products, with a focus on client acquisition. Ricardo offers operational perspective on emerging and established markets, backed by more than seven years in fintech.
Topics to be covered include:
• A clear action plan for enabling cTrader Leads within your business
• How to gain access to warm prospective traders from a base of more than 11 million cTrader users at no cost
• Ways to broaden acquisition strategy beyond IBs and paid advertising
• A special bonus for attendees at the end of the session
• Live Q&A throughout
The session is aimed at FX/CFD brokers and proprietary firm owners, C-level executives exploring infrastructure upgrades or migration from legacy systems, and senior marketing professionals focused on client acquisition and conversion performance.
Registration is free. Attendees can submit questions in advance when completing the registration form. Complete the form to register and share your questions in advance so the hosts can cover them during the webinar.
