Kate Rutkovskaya has been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, bringing B2B SaaS sales expertise and deep FX/CFD industry knowledge. Rutkovskaya is credited with expanding Your Bourse's institutional client base during her tenure.

Elina Pedersen, co-founder and 15-year fintech veteran, has stepped up as Chief Executive Officer. Pedersen brings experience in revenue operations and product monetisation across global markets.

Andrey Vedikhin, co-founder and former chief technology officer, becomes Chairman of the Board. Vedikhin has more than two decades of experience in capital markets technology and corporate governance.

The leadership changes follow recent business developments. Earlier this month, Axi unveiled AxiPrime, its institutional liquidity arm, with Your Bourse as the technology partner. A partnership with Axon Trade opened a single FIX gateway to more than 25 crypto exchanges via Axon's execution management system, reducing time-to-market for brokers entering digital assets.
