15 November, 2018 London - CMC Markets, a leading global provider of online trading, has been awarded Financial Services Provider of the Year and Best Spread Betting Service by Shares magazine, at a ceremony in London on 8 November.
The Shares Awards recognise the high quality of service and products in the UK financial services industry and the winners are determined by votes cast by Shares' readers.
The Financial Services Provider of the Year award is given to the company awarded the most votes across all the categories, recognising CMC Markets’ outstanding customer service and readily accessible support. CMC Markets has now won the prestigious award for the sixth consecutive year.
CMC Markets was also awarded Best Spread Betting Service, acknowledging the company’s commitment to providing clients with a personal and intuitive trading experience.
These awards come on the back of CMC Markets being awarded Best Spread Betting Service at the 2018 UK Forex Awards in September.
David Fineberg, Group Commercial Director at CMC Markets, commented: “We are delighted to have been awarded Financial Services Provider of the Year and Best Spread Betting Service at this year’s awards ceremony and we would like to thank the Shares readers for voting for CMC Markets. We are extremely proud that our efforts to improve our services have been recognised, and we remain committed to delivering a best-in-class trading platform and customer support for our clients.”
Chris South, Head of Client Management at CMC Markets, added: “These awards reflect the quality and effort we have put into improving the client experience; from enhancing our trading platform to investing in our customer services. Customers remain at the centre of everything we do, and we are focused on continuing to innovate as it is crucial that our clients have a seamless experience in an increasingly competitive industry.”
