Trading platform provider cTrader has integrated mobile attribution and marketing analytics specialist AppsFlyer into its platform, giving brokers the ability to launch and track mobile advertising campaigns for their branded cTrader apps.
The integration is aimed at helping brokers reach mobile traders more effectively. According to cTrader, around 60% of retail traders now trade on mobile, making it a significant and fast-growing acquisition channel. The AppsFlyer integration has been piloted and is now available to all cTrader clients.
Once registered with AppsFlyer, a broker launches a campaign through Google Ads or Meta Ads using AppsFlyer attribution links. When a prospective client clicks an ad, AppsFlyer captures the source, campaign and creative, then redirects them to the App Store, Google Play or the broker's website.
Once the app is installed and opened, AppsFlyer attributes the new user to the campaign that drove the install. Brokers can then see which campaigns are generating installs, which channels are delivering higher-quality prospects, how users behave after installation and where acquisition budgets can be better allocated based on real mobile activity.
The integration gives brokers a more direct and measurable route into mobile acquisition, a channel that has historically been harder to track and optimise than web-based campaigns. With full attribution data available at campaign, creative and channel level, brokers can take a more data-driven approach to growing their user base.
Yiota Hadjilouka, COO of platform developer Spotware Systems, said the move reflects the company's broader focus on equipping brokers with tools to grow their businesses.
"With AppsFlyer integration, cTrader brokers can now run mobile advertising campaigns directly to their branded apps, opening up an acquisition channel that wasn't available to them before, and one that remains unique to the cTrader environment." Yiota Hadjilouka, COO, Spotware Systems
Brokers interested in activating the integration can contact the Spotware team directly via the cTrader website.
