Global investment company EXANTE has announced the appointment of Richard Forss as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Forss, a veteran with over three decades of experience in finance and fintech, will lead the development of EXANTE's proprietary trading platform.
In his new role, Forss will head a team of technologists tasked with enhancing EXANTE's trading technology. His extensive background includes building and managing technology platforms for hedge funds, crypto brokerages, asset managers, and banks.
Prior to joining EXANTE, Forss held senior leadership positions at several prominent firms. These include roles at Crypto Finance Group, a Deutsche Börse Group subsidiary, and as CTO at Covario AG, a crypto prime brokerage platform. He also served as CTO of Swiss investment management firm Argentière Capital and held senior positions at Sicura Partners, Arrowgrass, Deutsche Bank, and UBS.

Based in Zug, Switzerland, Forss will report directly to Anatoly Knyazev, EXANTE's Executive Director, who commented on Forss' appointment: "Technology is the flame that has powered EXANTE from day one.
