Giuliano Celle Joins Certuity To Drive Institutional Wealth Growth

New York-based multi-family office Certuity has appointed Giuliano Celle as Managing Director, Head of Institutional Wealth, marking a significant expansion of the firm's institutional capabilities.

Certuity is a multi-family office serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Celle will be based in New York City, where his remit includes serving ultra-high-net-worth and multi-national families whilst building out the firm's institutional platform.
 

His mandate encompasses broadening Certuity's institutional wealth capabilities, strengthening access to private market and direct deal opportunities, deepening strategic relationships with anchor families, and advancing the firm's position as a partner for sophisticated clients globally.

Celle brings more than 20 years of global financial services experience spanning wealth management, investment banking, venture capital, and private equity.
 

Prior to joining Certuity, he served as Managing Director of Global Family & Institutional Wealth LatAm/International at UBS, where he oversaw strategic direction and scaled a high-touch, cross-divisional coverage model designed for institutional family offices and sophisticated private capital across the region.

He previously held senior roles at JPMorgan, where he led the Global Investment Opportunities Group (GIO) for Latin America and select international family offices, institutions, and UHNW clients, bridging Wealth Management and the Investment Bank to deliver capital markets access, risk management, and capital solutions.
 

Beyond his institutional career, Celle is an active entrepreneur, investor, and adviser in the venture capital and private equity space. He has partnered in platforms spanning fintech, healthtech, and impact-driven emerging markets, and remains engaged as an investor and partner with OPUS, a UK-based community that connects and empowers founders.
 

Celle earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, along with a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Chile, complemented with an additional graduate exchange at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland as part of their Master in International Management (MIM) programme, and completed executive studies at Harvard Business School.
