Web-native orderflow charting platform GoCharting has secured a growth investment from Long Ridge Equity Partners and appointed two of the trading technology industry's most recognisable names to its leadership team.
Oleg Mukhanov, former Chief Executive Officer of TradingView, joins as President and Chief Operating Officer. Salomon Sredni, former President and CEO of TradeStation Group, has been appointed Chairman. The appointments were announced alongside the investment on 7 July 2026.
The two hires give GoCharting a leadership bench drawn directly from the retail and active trader platforms that have defined the category over the past two decades.
Mukhanov ran TradingView, the world's largest charting and social platform for traders, where he led the company to its highest ever revenue and user growth. Sredni spent decades in trading technology, including as President and CEO of TradeStation Group and as a board member of NinjaTrader.
Mukhanov's move is perhaps the more eye-catching of the two. TradingView is the default charting layer for a very large share of the retail and semi-professional trading world, and its former CEO joining a competitor in the charting space is a significant signal about where the product battleground may be shifting.
His stated reasoning points to orderflow. GoCharting's pitch is that footprint charts, market and volume profile, and depth-of-market trading have historically required a desktop terminal, and that nobody has successfully delivered them fully in a browser.

Oleg Mukhanov, President and Chief Operating Officer, GoCharting
"Having spent years at the center of the charting world, I know how rare it is to find a genuinely differentiated platform. GoCharting owns a space nobody else has cracked: professional orderflow and DOM trading, fully in the browser. The next generation of futures and options traders will demand these tools, and we intend to be the platform they choose. That conviction is why I'm here."
Oleg Mukhanov, President and Chief Operating Officer, GoCharting
Mukhanov's route to the top of TradingView was through the finance function rather than the product. He began his career at UBS, working in the investment bank's private equity advisory team as an analyst before moving into a role advising companies on listings, M&A and corporate development. He spent six years there in total, then moved into venture capital as Partner and COO/CFO of Enso Ventures. He also founded a payments start-up, SteadyPay.
He joined TradingView in mid-2022 as Group Chief Financial Officer and was promoted to Chief Executive in January 2024, succeeding co-founder Denis Globa. He stepped down roughly a year later, remaining as an adviser to the board. By his own account of the period, revenue doubled to USD 400 million, the paying user base reached two million, headcount scaled from 350 to 600 across four locations, and the business was taken through SOC 2, PCI and GDPR standards in preparation for IPO readiness.
Sredni's history with active trader platforms runs considerably deeper. Born in Colombia and raised in Miami, he joined Omega Research, the predecessor to TradeStation, in 1996 when it had around USD 17 million in revenue and 30 employees. He worked as vice president of operations and chief financial officer before rising to president, CEO and chairman. The company listed on Nasdaq in 1997 and adopted the TradeStation name in 2001 when it became an online securities brokerage.
He was instrumental in the sale of TradeStation Group to Japan's Monex Group in 2011, and following the acquisition held concurrent positions as board member, Managing Director and COO of Monex Group. He was named Ernst and Young entrepreneur of the year for Florida in 2005. In 2017 he co-founded Ocean Azul Partners, a venture capital firm, and Chronwell, a workers' compensation technology start-up.

Sredni will guide strategy as Chairman through the company's next phase of growth.
Sredni joined the board of Chicago-based futures broker and software provider NinjaTrader in June 2020, with Long Ridge Equity Partners at the time NinjaTrader's majority owner. Long Ridge Managing Partner Jim Brown welcomed him to that board, citing more than 20 years building brokerage technology firms.
Long Ridge and Sredni have therefore worked together before, in the same market GoCharting is targeting: retail and semi-professional futures.
GoCharting was founded by Sushanta Deb and Ragunath Ramaswamy, who met on GitHub in 2020 and built the business remotely between Luxembourg and Chicago. The platform claims more than three million traders worldwide and delivers footprint and cluster charts, market and volume profile, depth-of-market trading and one-click execution through the browser, with no desktop installation.
It carries real-time futures data from CME, COMEX, NYMEX and CBOT, and offers broker integrations across the United States, Europe and India. The company operates from the United States and India.
"GoCharting started as a set of open-source tools I built because the analytics used by institutional traders simply didn't exist on the web. Six years later, more than 3 million traders rely on our platform. With Long Ridge's investment, we will bring institutional-grade orderflow tools to every serious trader in the US and around the world." Sushanta Deb, CEO and Co-Founder, GoCharting

Jason Melton, Partner, Long Ridge Equity Partners
"Active traders are demanding institutional-grade tools, and the platforms that deliver them define their categories. We saw that first hand in prior retail trading investments, and we see the same DNA in GoCharting: a passionate user community, a product traders love, and the only fully web-native orderflow platform in the market. Sushanta and Ragu have built something remarkable, and Oleg and Salomon further strengthen the leadership team to make GoCharting the definitive platform for futures and options traders globally." - Jason Melton, Partner, Long Ridge Equity Partners
