🌍 Today is the International Day of Charity, and it has me reflecting on what "giving back" really means in a professional context. In our careers, we often measure success by promotions, targets, and milestones.
But I believe true fulfillment comes from how we use our time, skills, and platforms to lift others up. Charity doesn't always have to be financial.
In the professional world, it can look like:💡 Mentoring someone who is just starting out in their career.
🤝 Amplifying the voices of underrepresented peers or local non-profits.
🧠 Donating your skills (pro-bono work) to a cause you care about.
No matter how busy our schedules get, there is always room to make a positive impact.
