Just sharing some photos of the stands at ForexExpo in Dubai from today. My first B2C conference in Dubai and have to say some of the stands were on another level (literally in some cases).
The organisers sent a follow up email after the event, to give you a sense of the numbers:

Dear Sam,
We made history — together.
Forex Expo Dubai 2025 has officially earned two Guinness World Records™ titles for:
🔸 Largest Attendance at a Forex Event
🔸 Most Exhibitors at a Forex Event
The record was achieved as 20,021 visitors attended over two days — including 16,994 online traders and investors, 671 IBs/Affiliates, and 2,356 business professionals — further reinforcing Dubai’s position as the financial powerhouse of the Middle East.
With 262 exhibiting companies, 147 international speakers, and participants from 100 countries, the 8th edition of Forex Expo Dubai brought together a truly global community of traders, investors, fintech innovators, and business leaders — officially making it the world’s largest event in the forex and online trading industry.

Was great to catch up with so many contacts over the past couple of days, great to see so many businesses doing well, the enthusiasm from the attendees was intense, overall a great positive energy. The industry seems to be going through good times.
I was surprised by the number of Indian people at the event. At one point I was thinking it may have been 60-70% attendees from India? (Happy to stand corrected).
It was heaving with people, before these photos were taken. This was a last minute dash around as the Expo ended. Just to give a flavour for those unable to make it.
Overall, a very impressive event.
The parting quote ringing in my ears as I was leaving was one potential client saying to his potential broker "You have to assurrrr that we get our money back". This seems like a pretty basic requirement to me! But the fact it has to be said so overtly maybe shows the level of trust around.
Apologies if you were there and we didn't get to meet! 2 days doesn't actually seem enough. Could easily have been for 3 days.
