Devexa Launches New Community Feature within Broker Ecosystems

      Published: just now

      Devexa

New feature will allow traders to interact without leaving the platform where they trade

Devexa, the AI-powered trading assistant and trader engagement bot from global software developers for the capital markets, Devexperts, has launched a new community feature, enabling brokers to host a secure environment in which traders can engage with each other, all within the broker's own ecosystem. The new feature will allow traders to exchange ideas on market movements and investment strategies without having to leave the platform where they trade.

Whilst enabling traders to create communities in a similar way to the communities created on the likes of third party platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and other popular communication platforms, Devexa's new community feature possesses a number of key differentiating factors. Whilst providing a means of inter-trader interaction, the Devexa community feature sets itself apart by offering a secure space, free from the threat of scammers, competitors, and unverified users, enabling traders to engage safely with each other, all within the broker's own ecosystem.

Available immediately, other advantages provided by Devexa's new community feature, include:

A seamless experience: Traders can chat, share insights, and discuss strategies without leaving the broker's platform.

Multi-format engagement: Traders can share voice messages, videos, PDFs, images, URLs, and text

Full control for brokers – Firms own their communities, keeping users engaged inside their ecosystem instead of losing them to third-party platforms.

Improved engagement and retention – With direct access to discussions, together with other features within Devexa, traders are more likely to stay active and return to the trading platform more frequently.

Compliance and security – Unlike external platforms, brokers maintain visibility over discussions and can ensure compliance, reducing risks.

By providing a secure, professional space for interactions and discussion, brokers can retain their users, drive engagement, and even incentivize trading activity in a way third-party platforms cannot. Real-time event threads, collaborative analysis sessions, live Q&A breakout sessions, and community-driven competitions, are amongst the special trader-engagement capabilities brokers can benefit from by using Devexa's new community tool.

For prop firms, specifically, the feature can help enhance team collaboration, with dedicated rooms for strategies and insights.

Jon Light, Head of OTC Platform at Devexperts, says: "Devexa's new community feature will enable brokers to provide traders with the opportunity for interaction and community-building they seek, with a number of key advantages. The safety of interactions is amplified for those using the Devexa community feature, compared to other popular communication platforms, whilst the ability to use the community feature within their trading platform improves traders' overall experience, offering seamlessness and convenience. Meanwhile, brokers can ensure communities remain safe, whilst also increasing engagement by incentivizing traders to remain within their own trading environment."
